FEEDBACK
The feedback forms were supplied to the all participants during the registration requesting them to fill up the forms before the valedictory function of the seminar.
Regarding the scientific session no participant has given his opinion other then excellent & good.
This indicates the depth of the interaction with the resource persons has taken place between them. All the participants were happy at the end of the seminar.
2. The Second option given to the participants to express their opinion for free interaction with the organizers & resource persons, almost all the participants expressed their opinion either "Excellent or Good".
3. Arrangement for the registration:
All have given very good opinion.
4. Accommodation:
All the outstation participants were satisfied with the arrangement made for the accommodation expressed their opinion as a good arrangement.
5. Transportation:
The College buses have taken care for the transport of delegates from the place of accommodation to the venue of seminar on time, hence everyone has given good opinion about this facility.
6. Food:
The vegetarian food was arranged for all the delegates; breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner. There was not a single report of health problems connected with the food & in feed back from everyone has given a very good opinion.
7. Hospitality:
Everyone is satisfied with the hospitality that they have enjoyed & expressed the same in their opinion.
8. College:
College has got a vast campus containing medical garden,hostel,library etc. hence all delegates have expressed very good opinion about the college.
9. Factor which interested the delegates most:
Most of them expressed their opinion that the college should continue to organize such type of programs including paper presentation sessions & more opportunity to research scholors,anticipating for workshop etc., by the organization.
CONCLUSION
This seminar was planned in the beginning of academic session of this college. Some of the faculty members expressed their doubts for the large number of participation of the delegates from outside Gulbarga, this seminar has proved if the topics & selection of the speakers is appropriate then people will attend the seminar irrespective of anticipated traveling & other difficulties. Almost all the speakers who have accepted our invitation earlier have attended the seminar & delivered the lecture, were free to discuss with the delegates. Each lecture was planned in such a way that lecture is of 45min to 50min followed by discussion & interaction with delegates & others. So it was most successful excursive carried out by college. Hence college has got plans to conduct workshop on interaction between staff & students of teaching institute & industry personals during the year 2007.
