Commencement of Academic year as per RGUHS, Calendar of events discussed with Teaching staff.
Subject distribution & guidelines to the staff.
Intimation to the Parents and students regarding commencement of classes.
Display of the Time Table on the notice board.
Guidelines copy given to the students, and displayed on notice board.
Break up of Syllabus sessional wise is communicated to the students immediately after taking admission.
Every month a test is conducted to review the performance of the students.
Students with poor performance are counseled by the teaching staff in their respective subjects, repot is generated separately and it is recorded.
After sessional examination a performance report is generated and forwarded to their parents.
After IInd sessional & before IIIrd sessional a Parents Meeting is conducted in the college.
After this an interaction between Parents and respective teaching staff regarding their students academic performance.
Various committees are been constituted for smooth functioning of academics.
