The Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) is a comprehensive two-year technical program engineered to prepare students for core operational and clinical roles in hospital settings, community pharmacies, and pharmaceutical industries.

At Luqman College of Pharmacy, our curriculum combines theoretical foundations with practical laboratory training. Students develop proficiency in drug compounding, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacognosy, dosage preparation, and legal aspects of healthcare dispensing under expert guidance.

Professional Registration: Successful completion of this diploma enables graduates to register as Licensed Pharmacists under the Pharmacy Council of India regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifying Examination: Passed 10+2 / PUC II Science stream or an equivalent qualification recognized by state education boards.
  • Mandatory Subjects: Must have completed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB / PCMB).
  • Minimum Aggregate: Minimum aggregate of 40% marks (35% for SC/ST candidates of Karnataka) in core science subjects.
  • Age Limit: Completion of 17 years of age as of December 31st of the admission year.
